What is a ‘Make with Me’ Workshop?
A ‘Make with Me’ workshop is one where you will actually be sewing & making during the workshop.
I’ll be talking and teaching but you will also have time to try the technique, show me your progress (if you want to!) and ask questions in real time.
All workshops will include:
- a prep sheet setting out all the required materials sent before the event
- I will deliver a live step-by-step demonstration and give you time to try it out with your own project
- I will answer questions as we go
- there will be time to share our work and troubleshoot any issues anyone is encountering
- I will give you suggestions and examples of other ways to use what you’ve learned after the workshop is over
Quilt-As-You-Go Crazy Quilt Workshop [DECEMBER 4th 2024]
Would you like to make your own crazy quilt and learn an easy, adaptable quilt-as-you-go method that requires zero hand sewing? Then this is the workshop for you!
You’ll make a crazy quilt panel during the workshop that can later be used to make a small pillow or mug rug to give as a Christmas gift. You will also learn how you can expand your panel and grow it into a larger quilt if you wish.
